1-2-1 Personal Training

Our 1-2-1 Personal Training offers a bespoke, tailored package designed just for you.

Following an initial consultation which includes a full anthropometric assessment, we will create a plan that will help you to achieve your goals.

Group Training

Blue Ocean Fitness runs several one hour group circuit sessions throughout the day every Thursday.

We also offer you the option to book a private Friends & Family Session of your own at a time and place to suit you.

4 Week Quick Boost!

This is the perfect option if you want to see what it's all about or if you have a dive trip, holiday or special occasion coming up.

Designed to give you a quick boost (hence the name!), this 4 week package can be booked in any time you need a quick and effective kick start to a healthy life.

Fitness for Diving

You don’t need to be an Olympic athlete in order to start diving.

Establishing a good physical base will improve your health, safety, and enjoyment of diving significantly.

Pay As You Go

Don't want to commit to a whole course? No problem!

We offer mobile and on-site Pay-As-You-Go Personal Training sessions.
