What Does a Personal Training Package Include?

 

As well as your selected number of weekly 1-2-1 sessions, all our Personal Training Packages include:

  • An Initial Assessment and Goal Setting Meeting
  • Full Anthropometric Body Measurements and Analysis (including BMI, Body Fat, Blood Pressure, RHR, Grip Test, etc)
  • Fitness Testing Assessment
  • Postural Analysis
  • Before/After Photos
  • Workout Plan
  • Nutrition Guidance
  • Food Diary Assessment
  • Bespoke Workout Plan for Duration of Package
  • End of Plan Assessment

 

Please note that these are only included with packages and NOT for PAYG Personal Training options. 

 

Where Is My Training Based?

 

You can carry out your training on-site at Blue Ocean Fitness here in Maidstone with an occasional venture into the grounds of Mote Park next door if we fancy a change of scenery.

We can also come to you with our Mobile Personal Training option if you prefer, whether it’s at your home, in your garden, at your workplace (as long as permission is provided by your employer) or your local park. In fact, wherever suits you best!

Personal Training Plans

We offer both 8 and 12 week Personal Training plans with the option to carry out your workouts on site at Blue Ocean Fitness or through our Mobile Personal Training plans which brings us to you and the location of your choice. 

 

All packages apart from the PAYG option must be paid for in advance prior to commencing.
