This option is with training carried out at the place of your choice, be it at your home, in your garden or your local park. Wherever you choose, we will come to you and bring all the equipment you’ll need for a full and effective workout.

There are five different 12 Week Personal Training plans available, offering you between one and five sessions each week for the 12 week duration.
The cost of the package decreases the more sessions you book per week, so the fitter you commit to getting, the more money you’ll save. You could say you’ll be losing lbs while gaining £s!
