We use behaviour change strategies which will help you to establish a clear focus and set your goals.

You will learn to help yourself through the use of scientifically validated screening and intervention techniques. These scientific principles will enable you to make positive decisions to change negative behaviours in all aspects of your life, not just weight loss.

Behaviour Change sessions are also available separately on a confidential 1-2-1 basis. We offer face-to face-sessions at your home, on-site, or online. Please email for more information or to register your interest in booking your sessions.

In addition to implementing behaviour change strategies, our Personal Training plans include a personalised workouts for you to follow, 1-2-1 personal training sessions, and nutrition guidance. You will also receive ongoing support whenever you need it.

All sessions are available on-site at our facility in Maidstone. Alternatively, you can book our Mobile Personal Training service where we come to you at the location of your choice, be it your home, local park or workplace.
